It begins very mildly. In the first stage, lemon peel, ginger, coriander, and juniper berries are dominating. Taste is released when it fully covers the mouth, with chamomile, cinnamon, and a touch of apple. The finish is dense with coriander, juniper, and a balanced rosemary taste.
